In this section we will look at the final result of our test and how much we have been able to harvest from our plants. It is nice to finally have concrete results after we have patiently grown our plants and have cared for them with love. It’s harvesting time and it is one of the most beautiful moments for cannabis cultivators.
For practical reasons, when harvesting, I cut off the branches of the plants, I choose to manicure the cannabis immediately after harvest and dry the buds in a drying net. This is because of lack of space, I do not have a suitable room for hanging the whole plants to allow them to dry. Drying happens in a drying tent with a drying rack.
The final result looks good, from left to right and from the bottom down:
White Widow from Royal Queen Seeds
White Widow from White Label
White Widow from Dutch Passion, 2 plants with dense buds
White Widow from Greenhouse
White Widow from Dinafem
White Widow from Dutch Passion, 2 plants with more fluffy flowers
In total we have harvested 988 grams of dry cannabis from the 20 plants in our garden. We have successfully grown our own supply of cannabis for quite a while and we have the choice from 5 different strains. This is what we were able to harvest form our plants:
4x White Widow from Royal Queen Seeds = 187 Gramm
4x White Widow from White Label = 192 Gramm
4x White Widow from Dutch Passion = 216 Gramm
4x White Widow from Greenhouse = 209 Gramm
4x White Widow from Dinafem = 184 Gramm
Total = 988 gramm

As you can see, the resemblences are big and there is no variety that jumps out, there are also no big differences in yield. It is safe to say that the yield of the strains is more or less the same, the differences are mainly to be found in the fysical appearance of the plants.
We have had our plants also analyzed in a laboratory to measure their active components, these are the results:
|Royal Queen Seeds||15,6||0,1||0,1||0,1|
The results are telling us that none of our plants grown contains CBD and that the THC levels of the strains cultivated are varying.
A lot depends on your personal preferences to determine which variety from our test suits your needs best. Are you an aficionado of a strong variety or do you prefer a milder effect, we hope the results of our test can help you to make the right choice.
